Melanie provides motivational 1:1 careers tutoring to UK and international students and graduates age 15- 25. She is a fully-qualified L7 Careers Guidance Practitioner, a L6 Careers Leader, a member of the Career Development Institute and on the Register of UK Career Professionals. She adheres to the CDI Code of Ethics, is also a member of The CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personal Development), and The Tutors Association and has an annual enhanced DBS check & is fully insured.
Melanie has 22 years’ experience supporting young people and adults to make effective careers and educational pathway decisions. She has worked in state, academy, private schools and colleges for over 12 years and now works with students and families privately.
Qualified in Psychometric Evaluation (British Psychological Society Level A & B), and a licensed Morrisby practitioner, she uses both in-depth discussion and careers profiling to help students understand their needs and aims more effectively. Students and graduates learn their innate aptitudes, their personality type, how their brain analyses information and which educational, vocational and career pathways they could excel in and enjoy, also and how to access these.
